Racks for the clothes that do not fit

Most closets run out of rail before they run out of floor. Our racks put that floor to work: a compact rack 31.5 inches wide for a laundry corner, a 43-inch rack for a wall of coats, and a double rod rack that stacks two rails on 40 inches. Each one carries a printed load limit, from 50 lb on the kids rack to 200 lb on the heaviest.

Bags cut to the length of what hangs

A garment bag that is too short folds the hem of a coat. We make ours in lengths from 35 to 72 inches and give each one a gusset measured in inches, so you can match a bag to a coat, a suit, a gown or a dance costume before it arrives.

Clear bags are for the closet you use every week. For storage that lasts years, we point you to our fabric bags and to the museum conservators who advise against sealed plastic.

Everything else that needs a place

Blankets go into fabric bags of 120 and 170 liters. Shoes go on the back of a door or on a stackable floor rack. Caps go into boxes with windows, and cowboy hats into round boxes that keep the brim from being crushed. A few narrow side tables round out the range for the spaces beside a sofa or bed.

How we write about our pieces

We print what can be measured: width, depth, height, load limit, gusset, liters and material. We do not promise that a bag keeps moths away or that a rack meets a rule written for dressers. When a page gives advice on storing textiles or on a child’s room, it names where the advice comes from.
